“Is there anybody alive out there?…?”
Add some vividness to your photos!
You don’t even have to know what’s the name of the commands that’s supposed to do it!
If you do know, did you ever ask yourself why these commands, such as Hue/Saturation or Vibrance, never really get you where you wanted to get? Well, that’s because reviving photos isn’t that simple…
You need to combine a sequence of commands and other stuff, in order to do it right.
PSKiss Viveda is the perfect solution for adding saturation and vividness to your photos in a professional manner.
You don’t need to worry about complicated sequences.
Just go to the Filter menu, choose PSKiss Viveda and in the dialog box,
drag to the right to saturate your image or to the left, to desaturate it.
Yes. It’s that simple.
Now, please look at these examples:
This photo was taken in Central Park NYC, on a grey April day. As you can see, colors of the original image are totally faded. Yes, I know, I had to give it up and avoid this photo, but god knows when I’ll be there again.
I wanted to remember it a bit differently…
After applying PSKiss Viveda. I had to use it twice. First time at the maximum level of 10, merged layers and applied it again, this time using level 4, the original is so faded…:

The next image was taken from a boat sailing the San Francisco bay. Some of the impact I felt while taking it, seemed to somehow fade away:

After applying PSKiss Viveda (using +6 in the dialog box), it looked closer to my feelings:

One cool thing about Viveda, is that it works both ways. If you need to desaturate your image, simply drag the slider to the left. Saturation will decrease at the same smooth and gentle manner that it increased.
Check out the next image. It was taken from the top of Coit Tower in San Francisco. It came out very saturated and didn’t match anything I wanted it to be…:

After applying PSKiss Viveda (using -6 in the dialog box), it looked much better:

When you use PSKiss Viveda, you will notice that it affects your image quite slowly. It doesn’t “attack” it with saturation and contrast, on the contrary, it works smoothly and gently, both ways. Because of this, you might want to use more then once on your photo. Simply merge down the layers and apply it again.
Even after you clicked “Done”, you don’t need to start all over again any time you want to try a different setup.
Just go to the History panel. You will find all the setups you’ve tried in the dialog box.
PSKiss filters, remember everything for you so you can be concentrated with what’s really important – your work!
