A great portrait black & white Photoshop filter.

PSKiss SkinTone BW allows you to convert a portrait from color to black & white, while maintaining the tonal range of the person in the image.
Select Light Skin for people with a relatively fair skin tone;
Select Dark Skin for people with a relatively dark skin tone (isn’t this just great copy writing? amazing…)

The coolest thing is that after you close the dialog box you can always go back to each effect you tried, simply by clicking its name in the History panel. This happens even if you click “Cancel”. Everything you clicked in the filter’s window is documented in the History Panel.
